Hotel is new, very clean, and quiet! Conveniently located less than 2 miles from O'Hare Airport and there are several convenient shopping/restaurant options (fast food, sit-down dining, Target, etc.) nearby. Hot complimentary breakfast was a nice plus. Front desk staff were very responsive and helpful.

The bedroom was comfortable, tidy and quiet. I was happy with my sleep, and comfort in the room. I liked the reception staff who really understood my traveling situation to the hotel and tried to be helpful as much as they can.

The location is great. The breakfast has a variety of selection. It has a gym and an access to pool. The rooms are spacious. The receptionists are extremely helpful.

The young man at the front desk could not have been friendlier. My flight was canceled so I arrived late and left early, so he did my check-in and check-out. He was extremely nice, polite, and friendly. They had a well-stocked mini-store and some complimentary items for guests. I did have a little of the complimentary breakfast (I only had a couple of minutes)--decent and it was standard hotel fare. They do provide a shuttle to/from the airport and that was a great amenity. The driver was nice and helpful.

Incredibly close to Allstate Arena. Rght next to their parking lot, which saved us on parking fees and driving. The bed didn’t look very impressive, but we found it to be very comfortable. The renovated space is in new condition. Breakfast was included, had the usual options, and had hot items available. including two waffle irons that are in great condition.

As the hotel was practically brand-new, everything was clean and ship-shape. We were a part of the Southwest Christmas-2022 debacle and were stranded for 3 nights. Very fortunately, this La Quinta had a complimentary breakfast for us -- and, it was within easy walking distances of a Target and many fast-food and full-service restaurants.

Close to O'Hare airport, somewhat. Price was good. Airport shuttle!! Easy check in, small market to buy son some food. Huge hotel. Clean, small lobby seating areas in each floor, ice machine on floor, exercise room. Room was clean, nice size, fridge, microwave, bathroom necessities, plenty of towels, hair dryer, iron board, hangers, a couple drawers for clothes, flat screen, bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Lots of outlets to charge up! Breakfast.

I stayed only for a day to go to a concert in Allstate, the location is perfect it's literally next to the arena's parking lot so it took me 2 minutes to get back to the hotel once the concert was over. The room was spotless, very clean and bigger than I expected, with cooking facilities like a microwave, a coffee machine and a mini refrigerator, which were very convenient. The bathroom had a perfect huge mirror with amazing lighting, perfect to do your makeup. Also i came back late at night and they had the option to buy food from a refrigerator next to the reception, very convenient. Also, there's a Target, Ross and many other stores near the hotel. There's also a Starbucks, Subway, Chipotle and many other food options. Overall i had a great experience that exceeded my expectations and would definitely stay there again.
